Benefit programs and community engagement
Some benefit programs have individual community-engagement rules. This app records volunteer service. Check the rules that apply to you with the relevant agency.
Reimagine College does not determine Medicaid eligibility, exemptions, or whether an activity meets any agency rule. Optional goals (including an 80-hour monthly goal) and service reports are documentation tools only. We do not collect benefits identifiers, disability details, or medical documents.
Children's privacy
Children do not have their own logins. A parent or authorized guardian manages every under-18 record. We collect only a first name or nickname, an age group, and under-18 status — never birth dates, a child's email, school name, home address, or location tracking.
Minors' names and profiles never appear on public pages or recognition lists. Guardians may ask to view, correct, or delete a child's record through Account support.
Guardian-only entry is a design choice, not an automatic claim of legal compliance.
Service records and reports
A service report is evidence of recorded service. It is not government eligibility certification or a tax receipt.
Only hours verified by an assigned campus reviewer count toward verified totals. Pending and historical unverified hours are shown separately. Nobody can verify their own service.
Recognition and public pages
Public impact pages show combined totals only. Adult recognition is opt-in, and family recognition uses a family display name without identifying minors.

This page is general information, not legal advice. All service hours are verified by the entity where volunteer service is performed.
Evidence of hours performed at an outside organization must be proven to the Campus Portal Admin in order to be verified and accepted.
